 Shipping Charges

1. Standard Shipping: Shipping charges will apply as follows.
2.  Tamil Nadu & Puducherry: 1kg ₹70 (₹40 for every additional 1kg).
3.   South India (Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana): up to 5kg ₹150 (₹100 for every additional 1kg).
4.  North India: up to 1kg ₹150 (₹200 for every additional 1kg).

2. Order Processing

1. Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days after confirmation.
2.  Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Timeline

1.  Deliveries typically take 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch.
2.  Deliveries to remote areas may require an additional 2-3 days.

4. Delivery Locations

We ship across India to most cities and towns. For delivery to remote areas, please contact customer support for availability.

5. Order Tracking

After your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Use this to monitor your shipment’s progress.

7. Changes and Cancellations

1. Changes to shipping details can be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After this, modifications may not be possible if the order is processed.
2.  Order cancellations are also allowed within the same 24-hour window.

8. Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, holidays, or other external factors. We will keep you informed in such cases.
